I would think USC would have priority over permanent resident. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Hi,

Anyone whose case being processed in California Processing centre received your NOA2? It is 4 months since i applied and no response yet. It has been 4 months and I havent received any communication since my NOA1 :(

mine has been 4 months already too and haven't received my NOA2 yet and it is at POTOMAC service center. I guess the average time is 5 months.

Here are the "official" dates being currently processed by each of the three service centers, i.e., they are as of NOVEMBER 2016 processing applications with the following priority dates (PD) -

 

California Service Center - August 16, 2016

Nebraska Service Center - July 2, 2016

Potomac Service Center - June 12, 2016

Texas Service Center - July 4, 2016

 

Keep in mind these dates haven't been updated since November 30, 2016, but it sounds like another 2-3 months may be the reality. But here's to hoping for faster processing times!

He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.  
  • 01/07/22.     Interview rescheduled for 02/14/22 @1:30pm Charleston SC.
  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.
  • 11/02/22.      Letter mailed with oath ceremony date and time 
  • 11/08/22.      Received letter oath ceremony scheduled for 11/15/22 @9am Charleston 
  • 11/15/22.      Oath Ceremony in Charleston (finally a citizen of the USA 🇺🇸) 🥳🍾

I applied at California Service centre and I havent got my NOA2 too. I applied under F2A category, would it be any faster for IR1/CR1?
