As far as I know (just checking the NVC site today), there is no fee increase. Are you talking about the USCIS fee increase? If so I think since the NVC is under the Department of State, the increase does not apply at this time.

Ok, good to know there are no increase. Thanks. So the fees would be  $120 for both petition & $325 each respectively? Just trying to make sure I sendon't the correct fee.

It should be. Although if you are paying through ceac, it won't let you pay an incorrect amount, since it's electronic and all, not like uscis, where you send a money order or cashier's check.

Looking at your timeline on the list on this topic: Yes, you are still within the time-frame. Nebraska is currently processing application from 06/02/2016

"Field Office Processing Dates for Nebraska Service Center as of: November 30, 2016"   Seems like they are not present time dates,  just estimates of past months workload.

I'm trying to understand the processing time reported. Is it to tell us s the priority date of majority of petitions? or the oldest petition that's under processing?

 

I've seen Nebraska approving petitions from early-mid July in the tracker.

Aissatou20 - I'm guessing you got an RFE (request for evidence)? What were the other documents you wanted to send in?

 

My suggestion is to send them exactly what was requested, nothing more. Sending additional documents without being asked could slow down your case, but I'll invite others who have gotten RFE's to add their thoughts.
