Updated aidensbubba who has completed all steps at NVC and now patiently waiting for the case completion.

Added a new column "Case" for Case Completion date which will be any day now for aidensbubba. :)

Removed the number of days column from delivered date to NOA1 date as most people have already gotten the NOA1 and it's not needed. Deleting the column will help fit the list better on different monitors.

If someone is still getting the rows expananded into multiple lines, let me know.

Have been so busy with end of year work that I finally got the chance to pay both our AOS and IV bills today, November 30th!

By the way, I didn't have to contact NVC to review my DS-261 to unlock my fees. Within a few days of filling out the DS-261 online it was available.

Hoping that I can get the DS-260 unlocked so I can submit it this weekend and send out the package next week.

I pray that all that are waiting for the approval and NOA2 happens soon. Just know that it is true what has been mentioned before, the NVC process moves fast. Get all the financial (from the petitioner) and civil documents (from the beneficiary) ready to go.

Unfortunately the nvc process is not moving that fast these days.... people are having to wait 8 + weeks for case complete and almost everyone is being put on superviser review. This is what the nvc states when i log in to our account...

Once received, it will take the NVC 2 to 4 weeks to review your case.

Don't hold your hopes up for anything faster unless of course you have the option to email your paperwork to them.... :unsure:

I have been monitoring the NVC threads (even though we haven't sent out our packets yet) and it seems like there's been an ongoing backlog problem. HOWEVER, I still can't stress enough how important it is to have all your documents ready by the time you get your NOA2 and NVC case number assigned (which could be any day now for most of the September filers). My husband and I didn't expect to embark on our NVC timeline so soon so we were taken aback by the NVC document requirements and the time it would take to colllect them. Admittedly, we would have been able to send out our AOS and IV packets by today had we started RIGHT AWAY on our NVC preps after sending our I-130 packet. It is always prudent to be ready with NVC documents by the time you get your NOA2 so you can send out your packets right away and have some waiting time shaved off your NVC timeline in case this current NVC backlog carries on into the New Year for everyone still waiting for NOA2's.

This sounds like such a newbie thing, but I have no idea which documents to prepare first. I know there is an NVC thread but I was so lost when I went there. What should I do now? At this point, we are already approved at USCIS, just waiting on the NOA-2 in the mail (which I'm hoping comes in today).

Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated (we plan on using my mom as a co-sponsor, if that helps).

Hi everyone a little late but I filed in September also and now I'm doing the NVC process my aos bill says paid now I'm waiting on my iv bill to finish processing to start ds 260 and hopefully in a couple of days I'll send in my aos/IV package. Ah I almost forgot my wife has 2 more months of pregnancy so I'll soon be filing for CRBA also?
