Have been so busy with end of year work that I finally got the chance to pay both our AOS and IV bills today, November 30th!

By the way, I didn't have to contact NVC to review my DS-261 to unlock my fees. Within a few days of filling out the DS-261 online it was available.

Hoping that I can get the DS-260 unlocked so I can submit it this weekend and send out the package next week.

I pray that all that are waiting for the approval and NOA2 happens soon. Just know that it is true what has been mentioned before, the NVC process moves fast. Get all the financial (from the petitioner) and civil documents (from the beneficiary) ready to go.

Updated aidensbubba who has completed all steps at NVC and now patiently waiting for the case completion.

Added a new column "Case" for Case Completion date which will be any day now for aidensbubba. :)

Removed the number of days column from delivered date to NOA1 date as most people have already gotten the NOA1 and it's not needed. Deleting the column will help fit the list better on different monitors.

If someone is still getting the rows expananded into multiple lines, let me know.

Is it true that I130 priority is given to USCs?

I called the USCIS customer service # today for status update on my case, and happen to ask this question... She stated " No "... Not at USCIS stage, only NVC stage. Hope this answers your ?

@Charlie_AnaLynn: My husband and I actually tried calling NVC to review the DS-261 over the phone but by the time we called they had already finished reviewing it. Like you said, it only took them a couple of days to review DS-261.

Updated aidensbubba who has completed all steps at NVC and now patiently waiting for the case completion.

Added a new column "Case" for Case Completion date which will be any day now for aidensbubba. :)

Removed the number of days column from delivered date to NOA1 date as most people have already gotten the NOA1 and it's not needed. Deleting the column will help fit the list better on different monitors.

If someone is still getting the rows expananded into multiple lines, let me know.

I'm assuming that you will get notified if your case got transferred like Trinbago got notified that their case was transferred.

That is the thing. I am signed up to receive text notifications but I was NOT notified that my case was transferred. I only discovered that when I called USCIS.

  • 03/25/19.   Son (6) approved for expedite for medical reasons but not my other kids.
  • 03/26/19.    NVC said we should email NVC expedite an tell them we need all three done at the same time as it's a financial burden to make two trips to Jamaica for interview. Which we did now the wait begins. Son case already sent to Jamaica embassy 
  • 04/01/19.   Daughters approved for expedite and sent to Jamaica (embassy) 👌
  • 04/05/19.   Received interview date for May 10, 8am. Registered their interview and emailed Andrews Hospital to schedule their appointments.
  • 04/26/19.    Medical appointment date 8am.
  • 05/10/19.    Interview 8am approved.  🎉🎊..
  • 05/11/19.    Status changed to AP
  • 05/13/19.    Status changed to ISSUED
  • 05/15/19.    2 youngest kids passport picked up by their dad
  • 05/16/19.     Eldest child passport picked up by her dad
  • 07/19/19.     P.O.E Atlanta

  • 11/02/21       interview rescheduled to 12/03/21 @8:45am Charleston
  • 12/03/21      I drove 3 hours for my interview only to be told my file wasn't there and I'd have to be rescheduled for another interview. they weren't sure if it would be possible before the holiday. He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.  
  • 01/07/22.     Interview rescheduled for 02/14/22 @1:30pm Charleston SC.
  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.
  • 11/02/22.      Letter mailed with oath ceremony date and time 
  • 11/08/22.      Received letter oath ceremony scheduled for 11/15/22 @9am Charleston 
  • 11/15/22.      Oath Ceremony in Charleston (finally a citizen of the USA 🇺🇸) 🥳🍾
