Guys, does this mean what I think it means?! NOA2 is on its way for me and hubby?! Ours was sent to Nebraska and I must admit I didn't check our online status for about two weeks so I don't know if it was actually forwarded somewhere else before this approval. I am freaking out, I cannot believe this!

BethyWink - just curious - did you call them to get the case number or did you receive an email or text about it?

I called them, but I also sent them an email a few days before, so I got an email replying to my inquiry about a day later. But I do not have a case number yet, just that they received the case.

Met in a magical castle in Poland through our mutual love for Harry Potter. Now can not wait to spend our lives together!

Very good observations branjo. You are probably right. A few approvals here and in August I-130 filers for Nebraska have all been for Philippines beneficiaries. .

Yes, that's an approval. Congratulations. Looks like Nebraska has been ahead of other service centers lately approving cases.

Get ready all, for some NOA2. For those who haven't been checking their statuses online, should all check and see if anyone else for approved. :)

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but Philipines cases are auto expedited. You can't really predict a fast approval for other countries base on a Filipiono's case being appoved quickly. I realize that only the Nebraska service center does that.

Thank you for sharing the information. Do you know the reason why it's the case that out of all the countries in the world, one country's cases get expedited, but not others'? Is it officially documented by USCIS, or observations by VJ users?
