RFE issued date is correct as he mentioned a few pages ago as October 12. This must be the Delivered date to USCIS. Edited by onek

Uscis received my RFE officially with a notice online dated 10/24. Just wanted to update my thread. Sorry for being confusing.

It is ok. No hard feelings and sorry about the confusion. You asked me to provide u with the actual receipt of RFE to my i130 to USCiS when they get it and that date is actually Oct 24. No biggy.

Btw I mailed all my forms in at the same time as advised by friends. So I mailed I 130, I 765, I 485 and I 864 a. Not the I 693 because I will be seeing a civil surgeon in 2 weeks.

All cheques cashed and noa for I 765 received and my biometrics appt set for week and a half. I have an A number and my file is at NBC.
