Congratulations to all and I could have been with the group getting noa2 but I got a RFE.Yes yes but my fault I sent in a divorce nisi and I had an idea that it would be declined but I have the divorce absolute and sent my paperwork back today. Will reach on Friday. All will be well now.

(Yes was married before young and foolish and divorce over 9 yrs now. )

sorry to hear that. On the hand, it could be a good sign. Look at the other user who got RFE and right after the RFE was the approval.

Thank you. A divorce nisi is a judgement for a divorce and then in 90 days it is final and u get a divorce absolute. I'm learning. I can kick myself because I was so thorough and just got blind sided.

agripa, the same situation in california. I don't know why????

My case was processed at the TSC.

They are working more faster.

Hi Trinbago. I was born in Canada but raised in Trini and my hubby is Trini also. He is the US citizen here though. Sponsorship is for me.

You answered your own question in this statement. You are using an APO mailing address which takes a long time to received so you are in a different situation and it's normal for you to receive notice this late. You have received the NOA alert with case number. This should be good enough till you get the official notice in the mail. APO mail can take between two weeks to two months.
