Hey Everyone!! Just wanted to point out to all the Nebraska people, it looks like a lot of the May 2016 I-130 fliers are getting transferred to other service centers. Hope this means they're trying to re-balance the load a bit better!!

I would really hope so!!! I'm with Nebraska, and they seem so backlogged compared to the other locations. It's getting frustrating

So I just got my noa2 text!! (A day after getting a hard copy) so I am assuming with the change of the verbiage it backed up the digital communications. Still did not get an email.

Yes very frustrating the same situation in California. In Texas work more fast than the others locations.

Thank you for the update.

At least it's better than not getting a text at all. Most of the people don't have the app installed nor they even know about such app. A lot of people don't check mail every day because everything is being done electronically these days. A text would give them update on their status.

Congratulations to all and I could have been with the group getting noa2 but I got a RFE.Yes yes but my fault I sent in a divorce nisi and I had an idea that it would be declined but I have the divorce absolute and sent my paperwork back today. Will reach on Friday. All will be well now.

  • 12/03/21      I drove 3 hours for my interview only to be told my file wasn't there and I'd have to be rescheduled for another interview. they weren't sure if it would be possible before the holiday. He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.  
  • 01/07/22.     Interview rescheduled for 02/14/22 @1:30pm Charleston SC.
  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.
  • 11/02/22.      Letter mailed with oath ceremony date and time 
  • 11/08/22.      Received letter oath ceremony scheduled for 11/15/22 @9am Charleston 
  • 11/15/22.      Oath Ceremony in Charleston (finally a citizen of the USA 🇺🇸) 🥳🍾
