Looking at the number of days it took misshepburn's case to get approved, it is the shortest time than anyone else to get approved. It may not be the service center factor, but instead the fact she created this group to help out all of us. I think she got an extra credit from USCIS for helping the community. Thus, resulting in record-breaking approval. :-D

I am sure professorJ0hnj3ly would agrees with my extra credit logic :)

Now, I have a question as I can know which service center sent my case?????

In your NOA1 notification, it should have included a description of which Service Center your file has been forwarded to.

If you filed a G1145 Form, it should be in the text/email you received.

Updated all information on the Spreadsheets and congrats to all who received approvals!

Can vary from 1-6 months, averaging around 5 months for most folks.

If you get a Request for Evidence (RFE), it may take even longer.

Looking at the number of days it took misshepburn's case to get approved, it is the shortest time than anyone else to get approved. It may not be the service center factor, but instead the fact she created this group to help out all of us. I think she got an extra credit from USCIS for helping the community. Thus, resulting in record-breaking approval. :-D

I am sure professorJ0hnj3ly would agrees with my extra credit logic :)

Did anyone get notification on their USCIS app that their case has been updated today? Myself and another user here received alerts. This is what's changed...

It used to say this....

On September 19, 2016, we received your Form I-130 Immigrant Petition for Relative, Finance(E), Orphan, Receipt Number*****, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions on this notice. If you do not receive your notice by October 19, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5383. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Now it says this...

Great catch!! I don't think I'm signed up for the app, but just checking the website now, yes mine too has changed from Petition for Relative, Fiance, Orphan, to just relative. Not sure what to make of it.
