Just a general question, which form will the NOA2 come in and who will it get sent to? Regular mail to the spouse living in the US, or some other means?

NOA2 should be sent to the petitioner. I'd say they'd use regular mail.

Agreed with professor j0hnj3ly. A lot of factors play role into the outcome such as new dates entered into the system, people entering dates incorrectly or late entries, people getting RFE, different service centers, etc. Don't take such predictions too seriously, but just a rough estimate or an average. I think the most important factors to predict the outcome are the service center and if you receive the RFE or not.

I agree. Someone needs to get approved soon. From Nebraska or any other service center. After three approved almost at the same time, it kind of got quiet in this room. It seems to be time for Wizzle & misshepburn, but who knows someone may bypass them and get ahead. Let's wait for that lucky someone soon.

I don't have received this week any confirmation of my package that I sent 10/3, maybe the next week I have better luck.

I agree.. so far it seems Nebraska is the slowest :( I don't know why though.. I hope that will change soon hopefully.
