My husband had an email update today from uscis stating that they sent our case today to the NVC for processing.

Here's hoping it won't be long... :dancing:

At least we have more info as to where it's at as for the last 4 weeks we have heard nothing and he was gonna call nvc this week too!

CONGRATULATIONS BetheyWink. I thought you were referring to Duchanie's approval. I realized when I looked at your signature from PC vs phone that it's in fact YOU who got approved.

To keep our list from becoming unnecessarily wide, I have removed the Lockbox location from the list. Just about everyone mailed their packets to Chicago so no sense in tracking it. Additionally, it doesn't seem to matter where the packet was mailed. What matters is which Service Center is processing the case.
I have added a new NVC2 column now. NVC is the date USCIS sends case to NVC and NVC2 is the date NVC receives it.

You may already know, for the permanent resident, it take several years for the case to get approved for spouse.

09/20/2016: I-130 sent to USCIS
09/21/2016: NOA1, I-130 received at USCIS Nebraska Service Center
03/24/2017: NOA2, I-130 approved 

03/28/2017: Notification received on App (I130 Approved)

03/29/2017: (NOA2) Notification received via snail mail

04/04/17: Approved I-130 sent to NVC

 

NVC Phase

 

04/11/17: Case received by NVC

04/12/17: Case # & IIN assigned 

04/12/17: DS-261 completed and reviewed over phone

04/13/17: AOS fee unlocked and paid online after receiving NVC welcome letter via email
