The major update this time is the addition of RFE and Deli2 columns. For those who don't know, RFE is Request for Evidence sent by USCIS if USCIS needs further evidence than what's already submitted to them to satisfy them before they can make a decision on the case. For our list, RFE is the date when RFE was issued and Deli2 is the date when RFE was delivered to USCIS.

Yes, We are at the moment living in Argentina also. My husband and I with our daughter.

Has there been any update on your case? Have you called and spoken with USCIS to ensure that the packet was even delivered to them at the right address? You may want to re-mail the entire packet again if the check hasn't been cashed and USCIS can't confirm the receipt of the case.

I found on nvc site a list of vaccinations that are required for the visa, but then i found a chart on the embassy london site that shows some of these vaccinations are not required

for my age catagory.

Back in 2005 we did the fiance visa and i had my vaccinations before AOS. I got from my doctors yesterday a printed history of my vaccinations up to 1988. there is only 1 vaccination

listed aug 2005 for MMR and thats it, not sure what else i had done and not sure why its not listed back when i adjusted status. So my question is should i get my vaccinations now before i've had the medical or wait and show the panal physician my list and let them tell me what i need to get? Am confused what to do.....!

Also worried that i won't be able to get vaccinations done in time for the visa interview if i wait and leave it to the physician to decide....

If you're in the UK, get them from a GP before your medical. Ask your GP if any are out-of-date. Doesn't hurt to ask for booster shots to since UK has free healthcare :P Knightsbridge doctors will be premium prices for missing shots. Also, it'll take them 5 days minimum to send your records to the embassy. Make sure they check off everything and that you sign the medical when going in.

Per the CDC, following are required for US Immigration:

At this time,* vaccines for these diseases are currently required for U.S. immigration:
  • Mumps
  • Measles
  • Rubella
  • Polio
  • Tetanus and diphtheria
  • Pertussis
  • Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Rotavirus
  • Meningococcal disease
  • Varicella
  • Pneumococcal disease
  • Seasonal influenza

*On December 14, 2009, the human papillomavirus (HPV) and zoster vaccines were removed from the list of required vaccines for immigrant applicants. All other vaccinations on this list remain.

Any future vaccines recommended by ACIP for the general U.S. public will be subject to the new vaccination criteria. If the recommended vaccines fit the new criteria, they will be added to the list of required vaccines for immigrant applicants.

Wondering if your case moved faster because you previously got a fiance visa.

Hi,

Here is the missing info for me: It was delivered 9/26 and routed to the Nebraska Service Center.

Sorry for the delay. I'm in Ethiopia and having internet connection issues. Also, I've been trying to change my address with USCIS because while I used our Ethiopia address to file, I want any mail RFEs or otherwise to go to my address in the US. When I try it gives me an error message saying that the receipt number does not match the form that I filed...which is curious because when I "check status of case" it conformist that the receipt number I give is for a I-130. Any ideas about this?

Thanks!

Onek,

I made a spreadsheet for your awesome list :)

Hoping it'll make your life easier and not sure if you can just copy and use that for updates.

If not, you can PM me your email and I'll give you edit access.

Hi onek

I can call the USCIS to confirm with them if they received my package ????
What information should I provide them ????
Which is the phone???

Hi, I noticed that you just mailed the package a couple of days ago. I would suggest that you wait to get it delivered and then wait a few days to get the notification alert.

I posted the message for someone who hasn't received any notification for almost a month. You JUST sent your package two days ago. You need to wait just like everyone else to get notified.

Thanks!

Hi there -

You want to change your address with USCIS and you can find your case number in the system, right?

What are you trying to do when you get an error message? You should be able to see/click on a link "uscis.gov/addresschange" right from the webpage to change your address.

I recommend creating a profile with USCIS and then adding your case number. If you do this, you should easily be able to see the link I'm talking about to change your address. Here is the link to create a USCIS profile: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/showSplash.do

Hope that helps you!
