Here's an example of the cover sheet they'll send you so you  can begin to prepare your documents. Also, go to https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Supporting_documents.html

and put in your country info to pull up your consulate info. It'll tell you the documents you need and what versions.

what letter do I put because there is a long list and I don't see CR1

Try this. It should be the specific document for the Bahamas.

And when using the document search for your country, don't put in a letter. On the left hand side there is the list of documents in gray boxes. Just click the box and it'll give you the information. It tells you the versions of documents accepted by NVC

how long does NVC take to schedule interview after document review is completed? standard e-mail says that usually NVC schedules the interview within three months after doc review is completed but just curious do they really take 3 months, i am from Nepal so just wondering what is the timeline for nepal if anyone is familiar with this.

You should send W-2 too. Otherwise probability is very high that they will ask for w-2. That will delay your process for another two months.  What i do prefer is send Transcript. If you send transcript, you don’t need to send tax return and w-2. You can use transcript tool on ira website.

You need  the w2, if you can't get the w2 just go on the irs website and print the transcript or have it mailed (takes about a week). Nvc actually prefers the transcript.
