We just called and the lady on the line was very nice and she sent the request for the copy of the notice herself... We should be receiving an e-mail confirmation about it soon and my husband also gave them the US address again. So fingers crossed it will work this time .. :)

31 May 2016 - legally married in Estonia, just the 2 of us
27 July 2016 - wedding ceremony & reception

Sorry confusing, how long the processing in Nebraska service center? from NOA1 to NOA2?

According to VJer's timelines for NSC, seems like the average is between 3-5 months from NOA1 to NOA2.

Cases received by USCIS around April 19th (NOA1):

Soo, I have news!! Received an email last night finally! :dancing:

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number LIN1691036500. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

So yeah, it went to Nebraska .. I have a feeling it will take longer time for our case to be processed since it went there. Let me know if I'm mistaken :clock:

Soo, I have news!! Received an email last night finally! :dancing:

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number LIN**********. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

So yeah, it went to Nebraska .. I have a feeling it will take longer time for our case to be processed since it went there. Let me know if I'm mistaken :clock:

Received NOA1 in the mail today! PD is 9/21. Five business days between the USCIS acceptance email and NOA1.

Great!!! I'm sure that would have calm you down a bit. :)

I know it's hard to wait, but now starts the longest quiet time for everyone in the case process. It's best to engage yourself in preparing for the NVC so time passes by quickly and also it will reduce the NVC processing time. :)
