My issues continue but I made some progress.  After trying to pay it a week I called and they said that my Agent was not approved.  I told them that I had entered it and after a few days, I was able to pay the AS fee.  She told me that you could but that it was still not approved.  She approved it and after 3 days, I received an email that I could pay my IV fee, I was able to go in and pay the IV fee.  It came up and said a duplicate payment was detected.  I went out and it was in processing so I thought everything was good.  The next morning I received a new email saying I needed to pay my IV fee (second email).  I went in and it was back to pay now.  I tried to pay it and it said duplicate payment.  I went to my bank and I could see that it was processed.  I am currently checking every day to see if my pay now goes to a paid status.  If I do not see anything by Friday, I am going to call again.

Am still ill waiting pd September 16,2016 Potomac and RFE was sent and my status haven't change as yet.

Mines was approved in Jan. And pd is Sept 16,2016. And I already had an interview

Good Morning Members. Just got a mail from NVC stating that I need to get W2 for 2016 tax returns to the interview and when I checked my status online it said completed. what does it mean completed. I am attaching the screenshot from the website.

yes I am still waiting, we did everything we could do.

Just wanted to be sure -- have you received your AOS bill and IV bill yet? Have you filed your AOS and IV packet yet?

@MujtabaRahman - you might also want to visit the NVC India thread, it is more country specific and some of the folks there are really very helpful!

Hi, 

I filed for my husband and the i 130 was delivered by FedEx on sept 12th. But until now money is not drawn and there is no email or text conforming if application is received. Is there anyone here who filed in sept and application is already approved??

Hello! This forum is from last year who sent their I-130 in September 2016. I would see if there is a new one for September 2017. Good luck to you!
