How does this website say the processing times for the Nebraska service center is 0ct 28th? I know it's based on member statistics but it's so disheartening when my date is sept 28 and I still don't have a NOA2.....

The amount of people on this website is so tiny in comparison to the actual real numbers of people who apply for visas.  I didn't think they were really processing K3 visas much these days, they seem to make people switch to the IR1. This could also be why it's taking so long. Or, there could be no explanation and just a bit of bad luck😔  Hang in there.

You can get irs transcripts from the IRS website as per H&T's suggestion above which will be the least intensive in terms of paper load.

If the USC already has an account, takes a week or two to deliver. If he does not, you can call to order them via phone but you will need to get the numbers in his address right (I had a lot of issues with this part). Getting access to the online transcripts is faster but they'd have to snail mail him a unique pin which also takes a week to two weeks.

if you don't want to wait and want to mail out your packet immediately, the entire tax return, any and all related w2s and 1099s are required.

Thank you Jessie!

Good Morning people. So our NVC journey has started. My wife and me have started preparing the AOS package. Just a bit confused regarding the I-864 form since my wife is a student and she can't sponsor me all alone . So i asked my friend to sponsor me. Getting back to the AOS form , does my wife's father also have to file I-864a form or not or should my wife include her father's income in the form. Help needed.

I called my lawyer all day to remind her to email me a copy of my approval and her words to me she promise she will email it before she leave. I call and call she said she haven’t forgetting to email it. Today still waiting for her email and now that today is Friday of cause many people will not show up to work just because Monday is a holiday.

Again May 9, 2017 my husband called my lawyer for updates and she said we got approved.

We don’t know when and when I did call few days she said she said she don’t remember but will send the copy of the approval.

My status still haven’t change on the website and app.

I called NVC and they still haven’t received my package from USCIS as yet.

Sounds like your lawyer isn't doing a fairly great job, and today, chances are she might be off for the long weekend, therefore, may not be reachable until Tuesday (provided she does take an extra long weekend).

In any case, since NVC has not yet received your package, have you tried calling USCIS? Perhaps they'd be able to give you some info.

Can't rely on the website and app status as the updates are usually delayed. (At least for the USCIS stage, it takes forever long for them to update).

Good luck & hope you get good news soon.
