Did you mail in your documents into the NVC and have a scan date in April? If so, please join us.  We all submitted documents via mail and have scan dates in April 2017.

I didn't submit translation documents, but I would assume it'd be the same as other documents. Unless requested for original, photocopies would be sufficient and that original is brought to the interview.

I totally agree..stay positive.

 

 

May 14 will mark 30day since Potomac received my RFE. I know it's 30-60day wait but am still hanging in here.

Hi people. After four months after getting my petition approved ,finally my case was sent to the Department of State.My petition was approved on Jan 12 and case sent on May 4 . Potomac has finally answered my prayers and sent my case. Hope are still alive.Stay blessed people.

1) what is meant by IV package ? Is it DS 260 or another form?

2) what type of documents included in IV package?

I just get a message saying all reps are busy and then it hangs up on me. Not even a way to get a call back. Typical.

Uhm,, did you mean 603-334-0700 ?

I just tried the 1-800 you noted, and it's not NVC...

There will be two cover sheets with bar codes. One would be cover sheet with checklist what will be your 2nd sheet, and you will get though email from NVC. And another would be Document cover sheet without checklist what would be your front page, You can get this cover sheet (Front page)from AOS section of NVC portal(https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/).

2016-09-09: NOA1 Received at USCIS. Case sent to Nebraska Service Center

2017-03-31: Case approved at USCIS.

It was my app to tell me my case has been approved! Just when you think it's not going to happen...it will. Hang tight SEPT members.
