No, there's no mention of the beneficiary being in the US or wishing to adjust their status to lawful permanent resident. I've attached a screenshot of what my NOA2 looks like.

Still no NO2 since September 8. When we called they said we are in normal processing time since in their website it says they are evaluating August 30 cases. I gave up and decided not to continue to the process. Probably this is not gonna be good for my marriage. For those of you waiting for approval, good luck. Thank you for your support all this time.

Same. No NOA2 Since September 9 at Nebraska.

On your I-130 form (the old version; the one you and I would have filed), question 22, did you accidentally type in a City and State? Or did you make sure to leave that blank and enter in a city/country on the right hand-side. See my attachment below.

More updates ---

NOA2: 4/10/2017

Sent to NVC: 4/18/2017

Case Received/Case Number Assigned: 4/26/2017

Welcome Email/Letter Received: 4/28/2017

AOS and IV Fees Invoiced: 4/28/2017

AOS and IV Fees Paid: 4/29/2017

Looks like having a lawyer changes things slightly. We didn't have to fill out DS-261 and both the AOS and IV fees were invoiced simultaneously.

Received a checklist from NVC for marriage certificate even though it was submitted with case number written on I. Will check with NVC on Monday.

Also noticed that the 2 online N/A disappeared.
