"There's an app for that"

Ok September friends... onnnnneeeee more post from me today

I was browsing another topic on VJ and one of the members noted that there is a USCIS app available in the Apple store! Of course I downloaded it immediately and I have to say its pretty interesting... you can add your case number and track your case just like you do online. They also have dedicated pages for State Department visa bulletins, etc.

However, the coolest/most interesting feature of the app...(in my humble opinion) is that it lets you look at cases around your case number (you tell the app how large of a range you want) and you can see where THOSE cases are in the system too. I suspect this will come in handy as we get further into the process and are all sick of waiting after a few more months...

That's it for today... I am working on a "what to do while waiting for your NOA2" post ... stay tuned!

Hubby did nothing wrong... there is typically only one page. :)

The only real "instructions" on mine were:

"Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify the USCIS National Customer Service Center at the phone number listed below if there are any changes."

I assume that if you were to get an RFE for something stupid like you didn't mail the check, or you didn't sign the I-130, you might receive instructions to fix those things at this stage. I'm not 100% sure though.

Check your notice one more time... Its probably fine. ;)[/quote

Right there is no instructions for NOA1 unless you forget tonsendnsomethjbg and sign the form.

Now the NOA2 will have the instructions on what to do next for the NVC.

I use android, and upon searching for USCIS, I installed USCIS Case status (4.6 stars) . There's actually quite a few app. not sure if it's the same that misshepburn is talking about.

Thanks nyokie
