I was approved on April 10, 2017. I received no electronic notification or text message. On April 14, 2017 I received my hardcopy NOA2 in the mail. On April 18, 2017, my USCIS case status changed to "Your Case Has Been Sent to the Department of State".

My Dad's application : 

 

I got Case number and Identification Number over phone. I have completed and submitted DS-261. After that, i talked to NVC CS again. They didn't verify DS-261. Told me to wait for few more days.  

 

My Mom's application :

 

I got Case number and Identification Number over phone. I tired to login to NVC website. It did. But it didn't go to next step (DS-261). It is showing following messages,

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. 

 

I already talked to NVC CS. She asked about my email. I provided those information. She told to wait few more days to open DS-261 options. 

 

 

Need advice, i submitted both applications on same time.

Start calling NVC. I only received hard copy of NOA2. Whenever i notified that my case was sent to NVC, i started calling NVC every single day. I got Case Number, IIN and completed DS-261 today. 

 

Approval Date on NOA 2 : 3/31/2017

Sent to NVC from USCIS : 04/11/2017

Received by NVC: 04/17/2017

Got Case number, IIN and submitted DS-261: 04/20/2017

We have the same NVC timeline! But I wasnt able to sign into CEAC with the case number and IID yet. Did you get a welcome letter yet?

Not yet. But i could access DS-261 form and submitted today.

okay, did you also call to getr it reviewed already or you're gonna wait for them to do it without you calling?

I called almost every single day. Finally i got Case number and IIN today. I used those information to login to NVC and go to next step what was DS-261 form. So i have completed and submitted that form. After submitting DS-261, i called again to review DS 261. He told me to call tomorrow. It wasn't updated on the system. So, i'm gonna call tomorrow

I have completed my Dad's DS 261. But still waiting for next step after login for my Mom's Ds 261.

try logging onto http://ceac.state.gov with your case number and invoice number. If you are able to then you should be able to complete the DS 261. If not, give it a couple days.

I able to log in with case number and invoice number. But still i can't go to DS 261 section. I called, they told to wait till tomorrow.

I need help and advice.  My noa2 was sent with a processed date of 3/10.  Tomorrow makes 6 full weeks and NVC still has not received our case.  I'VE called USCIS and they are going to do a research but I won't know anything until sometime in May.  Called NVC again yesterday. ..this has been 3 -4 times a week and they still say they have not received our case.  Yesterday the guy says give it two more weeks.  Everyone that received their notice around my time are already processing their NVC case.  I'm stuck and I don't know what to do.  Any ideas or suggestions?
