I do have tracking on it, sent it with EMS but sadly I can't see anything after it left my country lol, so I don't know if USCIS received our petition yet or not.. I'm checking my tracking number everyday and it doesn't say that our package was delivered yet They told me it might take 10 days tops.. Where did you send yours from?

Ok give it until the end of the week before you get too concerned. It has only a few business days since you sent it.

Important thing is that they have received your case, assigned a case number to it and forwarded to the appropriate service center. The letter in the mail will tell you the same thing. So nothing to be worry about as it will not delay your case in any way. Just sit back, relax, and think about the next steps at NVC.

Ladies... don't need to cry over normal processing time . It can take a few days to get the notifications. You should get the alert by tomorrow.

We got our NOA 1 Notice in the mail today, yay! 7 days from the e-mail notification to the actual physical copy of NOA1.

Also, I am not sure how the updating works but I am guessing only onek can edit the table so here goes!

I was wondering, to those have have received their NOA1, are there any instructions on there?

According to the case status on USCIS, it says to "follow the instructions in the notice".

Just curious as there wasn't really anything noted besides priority date and beni info on our NOA1.

I am not the USC, so I don't get to see the hardcopy. However, hubby scanned it and it's a one page double side document. Can any confirm that its' just one page?

If more, I'll have to ask the Mister what happened to the rest

OKAY, so right now I'm really freaking out. I actually thought of tracking it on the USPS website! Why didn't I think that before lol, so It says that our package was delivered yesterday on 27th at 11:27am.

It says the item was delivered to an individual and signed by A.WARD Chicago Il. 60603..

Did it even go to the right address?? Individual? I'm sorry I'm just freaking out, since I haven't received any email notifications or anything about them receiving our case....

Hubby did nothing wrong... there is typically only one page.

The only real "instructions" on mine were:

"Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify the USCIS National Customer Service Center at the phone number listed below if there are any changes."

I assume that if you were to get an RFE for something stupid like you didn't mail the check, or you didn't sign the I-130, you might receive instructions to fix those things at this stage. I'm not 100% sure though.

Check your notice one more time... Its probably fine.

Based on the 60603 zip code -- it looks like you mailed it to their courier address, in which case an individual would sign for it. If you had mailed it to their PO Box with the 60680 zip code, then its just delivered without a signature of receipt.

Take a look at onek's most recent spreadsheet for our group - from this you can see it will take USCIS lockbox a couple days to get you in the system once its been delivered. You will probably receive some kind of text/email (assuming you included the G-1145 form) by end of this week. THAT will be your electronic NOA1. Your hardcopy, mailed NOA1 will take a bit longer to receive b/c it will have to go through the postal service. Assuming you mailed a personal check, you will probably also see them cash that this week. A money order/cashiers check cannot be tracked however.

Relax -- you are fine!!
