Trying to have papers for noa2 ready when comes.( taxes, checks, ask boss for employment letter..sinced im only 3 months in new job,etc)

It seemed that a lot of people already have noa2.

we called nvc and got our case number and iin last Thursday but haven't received a welcome letter yet. but i see that some of us have received the numbers, filled form and paid fee at the same day. How did that happen?

If you both have the case number and IIN, have you tried logging onto https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ ?

Try logging on and maybe you can proceed with payment before receiving the welcome letter.

If you both have the case number and IIN, have you tried logging onto https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ ?

Try logging on and maybe you can proceed with payment before receiving the welcome letter.

Thanks for your advice. We have tried but it's said not invoiced :((
