Removing the date USCIS sends the package to NVC because the date which shows up on the USCIS is incorrect.  USCIS sends the package as soon they approve the case.  I have seen cases gotten to NVC before the USCIS website says that they just sent the case to NVC.  So it's pointless to track the date

Is anyone sponsored AOS as Uber or Lyft driver? What NVC wants it's impossible to get from Uber and Lyft. Like "A contract between you as an independent contractor and a company."

My husband is coming from El Salvador as well. Our PD is 9/27 and we haven't heard anything. I'm hoping they'll update the USCIS site around the 15th so we will have a better idea of what to do next. I'll actually be in El Salvador at then end of this week so maybe we will even find something out while we are together. It's hard to be patient, but we can do it!
