How was the London Interview and did you bring a lot of relationship evidence out of curiosity?  I keep hearing London is a bit more easy-going so trying to figure out how much evidence/paperwork I should prepare for hubby to bring

On the bright side our I-130 was finally approved.

After reading folks having luck on calling in and getting good news, I just tried to do the same. 1st customer service rep wouldn't let me request a Tier 2. She literally said at one point, "I don't understand what you're finding an issue with." Its the third attempt I've tried to get information on whether my application is in Texas or in Nebraska. I just get constant deflection.

 

And zero empathy.

Did you get a letter in the mail?  If not, let them know your file was transferred and you'd like to know which office to have an idea of processing timelines specific to your case file location.

 

There's really nothing to do at this point until you hit that 6 month mark at which point it's time to escalate - e-request, tier 2 escalation. senator, ombudsman.

Well, I just called as well. For some unknown reason their phone system tells me my case has been transferred to the office in Lincoln, Nebraska when my letter tells me that it was transferred to Texas. I called asking about it yesterday with no luck on a Tier 2 and called again today to ask and the lady immediately said since there are some discrepancies she was going to transfer me to a Tier 2. I'm expecting their call in only 208 minutes....Hopefully I'll be able to squeeze some extra information from them and get an answer on the status of our case. I need something to go on! I'm going nuts!

That's exactly the direction I approached it. To which point she kept referring me to process an online request. 

 

Every September filer is now past the 6 month mark. E-requests wont process for me, as they state I am in the accepted wait time which I'm guessing it reads off the 45 day buffer. 

 

I mailed Mitch McConnell and Andy Barr. *crickets* (but no surprise there)

Interview was very easy, don't be worried, although that's easier said than done!  I took so much evidence, photos, bank statements, things that my son had done at school...  They didn't ask to see anything, just got asked a couple of questions regarding my previous green card abandonment.  We have been married for 12 years this Sept so I guess that's all the evidence needed, I don't know.....  But I would still take all that you have got cause it's sods law they will ask for things if you don't take them with you!

Either a photocopy of your filed taxes with relevant W2s and 1099s or a tax transcript.

Just got off the phone with them and I got zero useful information, except (to crush my dreams further) he said that since it started in Nebraska that even though it had been transferred to Texas that I'm still on the timeline for the Nebraska information since that's the location of the original receipt . So if their site says August 9th, that's really my timeline and not September 4th like I thought. I might throw up. I hope he's wrong. He also said that it's still within standard processing time and to give it 45 days.

That is an absolutely ridiculous answer. Why would they transfer if it would be on the same timeline? When I received the hard copy of the transfer notice it said they transferred it in order to speed up processing. If it's on the same timeline then it doesn't speed up anything. Now I'm really pissed off, I think they don't know what they're talking about. USCIS, get your ****  together.

Yeah, I felt myself starting to get rude with him so I just let it go and got off the phone. He kept talking over me too and I was about to completely lose it.
