So frustrating, been transferred from Nebraska  to Potomac since February 15th.  PD 09/19

They said to speed up processing. 

My husband had requested financial expedite but up to now we have had no response after tell him by March 29th we should be approved

I have seen most of the transferred cases are getting approved in a month's time. U might consider calling them now. also U might have to check ur mail box as well since for transferred cases many people didn't receive any notification in email,website or apps.

so the tier 2 officer told you that you should be approved by 29th, when you called , did you ask them, what if you didn't hear anything, what you should do? did you ask them?

Actually my husband was the one who called after yelling he requested expedite but all the  told him on the 29th was that they are still going through my case. Last update march 28

me too, my last update was on 29th.it said case was assigned by an officer to review, what does yours say？

You can also reference the NVC Process link in my signature which should give you an idea of what you'll need.

Here's my cover letter but you might need to include other documentation based on your situation   I included confirmation pages as well as photos which are optional.  In addition, I'm still not clear on how many barcoded cover sheets they give you so might switch that around once I get a better idea.

Reason I was asking is because I got the NVC Welcome Letter by email and it only shows one coversheet for both the AOS and IV docs.  It literally says "Document Cover Sheet".  It is a checklist with both the AOS and IV items that should be submitted.  I was just making sure unless you knew something I didn't know.  Lol.  Anyways, just a quick tidbit, every single page of the NVC Welcome Letter has a barcode on it.  I am pretty sure you only send the Document Cover Sheet though.  Makes sense since you send both the AOS and IV docs in at one time.

Oh, and BTW JessieABC, I am really enjoying everything you have posted.  The cover sheet, etc.  I have been using it as a quick desk reference whenever I need it.  Good stuff.  Very helpful.

nobody could tell, are you live inside of the US?sometimes the standalone 130 takes longer
