Yes, priority dates are assigned to marriage related cases as well, but they are processed before the non-marriage related immigration cases.

Don't be confused about little things like that.

Added a new column "Day1" to track number of business days it took to receive the NOA1 in the mail from the day it was delivered to USCIS.. Also calculating Day2 as business days as weekends and holidays may vary on each case to get more accurate count.

Mine still says error. Eagerly waiting for it to appear online as "RECEIVED".

@MujtabaRahman -- I know this might sound a little rudimentary but have you double, triple checked you've entered the number correctly? Mine was coming up as an error, even after I got my hardcopy NOA1... I just realized this morning that I had flipped two numbers and that was why it wasn't appearing online. I had probably checked with the wrong number 5 or 6 times :oops:

However, it there now - that I got the case number in correctly! :)

I have checked a million times and it says the same error. Maybe need to wait for a week more i think.

I thought I did ask Onek sorry my bad.

Yes I just love how he have everything in order, I make sure I keep did my on my note pad.

I must say this is the next group so far, everyone trying to update their cases.

Ps I wish this website have highlighted that way when Onek update the case we can see the new ones.

That being said, I know that I need Police Clearance from Canada. Do you guys recommend that I go ahead and apply for it or rather wait till I get an official request ?

I believe the Police Clearance/Police Certificate/Criminal Record ... has an expiry date, I believe it's valid for either 3 or 6 months.. Therefore, it's probably best to wait before further proceeding.
