So frustrating and unpredictable for families to make plans! I do not understand how our government can treat people like this! I'm a social worker and it really is a difficult process. I would love to find a way to advocate for a better process!

Nebraska initially then was transferred to Texas on 2/7/2017, I checked website and have the app to check status which I've been doin daily 1000 times daily. No update and even couple days before I received my approval uscis still told me my case was pended over the phone! Keep eye out for letters guys!!!

Yes it is difficut all it is difficult all we can do is wait and wait even tho this is frustrating ur one day we will get over it. All we need is a approved and I will feel so much better.

Hey guys so I updated y'all couple days ago, I got my approval letter for my husbands i-130, my PD was 9/2 and I was initially sent to Nebraska, I got update letter letting me know case was sent to Texas as of 2/7/2017, I downloaded app to check status which I did religiously 10000 times daily, no update and I called every day this week to try to speak to officer, no luck and even then uscis was telling me my case was still pended!!! I received approval letter on 3/23!!! Don't trust apps and don't waste time calling!! They do not update their system!!! Keep eyes out for letters!!!

For those of you who are interested  it is for my wife and two step children. Phoenix was the lock box and Nebraska was the Service Center with no transfer.
