I'm checking my case tracking app like crazy now everyday lol , just called USCIS again and they told me texas is processing PD from 4th of september ...

Hard copy of NOA2 of approval in the mail today. PD:09/26/2016(no email, checking the case on USCIS and it still show the case was transferred?)

I am getting worried now. I don't see any update in the case history (see screenshot)

My timeline : 

I-130 Sent :    2016-09-09
I-130 NOA1 :    2016-09-14

Priority Date :    2016-09-12

Nebraska Service Center 

 

Any recommendations or advice ?

I think you're over the 6 month period. You could call and ask for a Tier-2 supervisor to see what's going on.

Don't worry, my PD is 9/8 and still haven't heard. There are many around this date yet to be approved at Nebraska. It's slow going.

Don't worry I recently received approval letter my pd is sep 6 ... so September fielers approving now .. so u should receive happiest news soon I think ......?

Did you know they just increased review time for NVC stage this Monday from 8 weeks to 11 weeks  I'm crying silently inside.

That means several weeks for Case #, then another few weeks for invoices, then more weeks for documents and scan date....then 11+ weeks for Case complete...

Hi all -- I know that I'm further along than a bunch of folks here, but I just wanted to update everyone -- my husband received his passport back from the consulate today with his visa inside!!! He received an email from them a couple days ago when it was being mailed out. I can't believe how much money, time and effort that little sticker cost!

 

He also received the sealed envelope with the other documents that he will need to submit when he crosses the border for the first time. He just bought plane tickets for end of April arrival date. I will let everyone know how his POE experience goes!  

 

Unfortunately, due to work contract and needing to tie up loose ends, he won't be joining me until June for good. We went through the process a bit faster than we were expecting... either way, I'm very relieved to be towards the end, until we have to remove conditions in 1.5 years.. hehehe 

 

Hang in there everyone -- you will make it!!!
