hmm.. is it just me or is the Processing dates have not moved forward but backward?

Could have sworn, last week when I checked, NSC showed Aug. 29..  today it's Aug 24 .. sighh.. :mellow:

I noticed this too. Really though, you have to take these processing times with a grain of salt. We'll be approved when we'll be approved. Nobody truly knows when that'll be unfortunately.

My PD is the same as yours, I was transferred on 2/9 as well to Potomac. Last week a few people with PD of sept 16 were approved there that were transferred. So hopefully we might be getting lucky soon!!!!

Case sent to department of state!!! Pd 9/26 and transferred to Texas from Nebraska on 2/15.  Don't give up hope!!! I have a feeling they're speeding through since the 6 month threshold is looming.

question: is there a difference between getting sent to the department of state versus getting sent to the national visa center?  Little bit scared that it might have been sent to the wrong place for post decision processing.

working on a checklist and process flow for Nvc stage since someone asked and will share it when done :)

That sounds a little weird, does that mean that your case was approved or...? Aren't they sending off cases after they approve them? I'm little confused... But it makes me hopeful nevertheless because you are almost from the same PD date as me!

Yes, this means that the case was approved and USCIS is sending it to NVC for visa processing.

I'd call USCIS to check.  Mine said approved before it went to Dept of State but there was about a week and a half delay in it being sent to Dept of State.

I think it gets approved first then sent to department of state, that means yours is already approved and on the way to NVC...sometimes those with approved has to wait a week or so before sending to NVC due to cases being sent to NVC in batches..just my thought
