Thanks a bunch!  Believe me I was getting very nervous too as my PD date was approaching very soon (even after transfer), but just stay strong and keep pushing forward.  You will make it!

Thanks!!! hopefully everyone on this threat will get a response sooner

Hi everybody, we are one of those who haven't heard anything yet. Our case PD is Sep 18, and got transferred to Potomac on Feb 16. Those who got approved recently give us hope. Thanks a lot for sharing the good news. My husband will call USCIS tomorrow and ask what's going on there.

I tried to call last week as the beneficiary but they won't speak to you unless the petitioner is on the phone giving approval also.  I just ended up asking general information about processing times, which wasn't very helpful since they told me what I already knew.

Hey all, I just wanted to let you all know that my cases for both my husband and stepdaughter were approved on March 13th.  I just received a text message indicating that my case status was updated.  I went to the USCIS website and that is where is stated that they had been approved.  I can't even begin to tell you how nervous I was logging in.  I didn't know what I was going to see.  Wow, hold on guys, I need to breathe for a second.  Lol. :dancing::D

Guys, just hang in there.  I'm serious.  It's coming soon for all of you!

Congrats to you !  It's a long process.   My husband and I luckily were always on opposite ends of the spectrum. So when I was giving up hope he refused too and kept me positive and let me cry.  And when he was giving up hope I was positive and pushed him and told him not to give up.  Being each others support system and our faith got us through guys.

That's all you can do.  Just stay strong and be positive and supportive.  This is a long journey and still have lots to accomplish.  I definitely agree with you.  We're all going throught it together.  Keep doing research, keep being proactive, be prepared, and stay on top of what's going on with your case.  We make it!

So my wife just got a call back from the tier 2 supervisor. Absolutely no luck with them. He said Nebraska is still up to 9 August so she asked why they hadn't done anything in 6 weeks. Refused to give any information. Said the petition was sent to Nebraska for 'thorough processing' which also isn't true because it was sent there to begin with. He said it could take up to 12 months. He didn't want to give his name. When he did, he refused to spell it for her.  Basically told her to call the ombudsman and then said he couldn't talk to her anymore. When she questioned that he could only tell her what was on the website, he said no, he could see the notes. The notes were it was sent to Nebraska!!!! GRRRRRR

I do t get why they just can't be honest. If they're not up to your petition just be nice and say I'm really sorry but we still haven't gotten to yours. I get that they're probably sick of dealing with complaints all day but have a little bit of customer service skills. The dishonesty is what's so hard to deal with. Now I can't get back to sleep ?

I think we should leave the things as these are and relax because this thing gonna take a bit more i think as they are not honest so just let them do whatever they want
