Yay! Congratulations!  Looks like the other offices are moving...but those of us stuck in Nebraska are still delayed! Frustrating... Anyone whose file is still at Nebraska getting any news?? Our PD is Sept 7...

No news yet. Stil at Nebraska PD is 6th sep

I'm in the exact same position. I received only one transfer notice in the mail stating that our case was transfered to the texas servic center on Feb. 15, but my case status online says it was transferred on Feb. 15 and again on Feb. 16.  

When I call the hotline, the automated system tells me on the 16th that it was transferred to Nebraska. When I've gone through to speak to a supervisor (done this 3 times now) they tell me its in Texas. Now when I press them to give me confirmation, they get hostile. The last time the lady told me that all she can do is tell me what she sees on the computer in front of her. 

 

I'm curious if you've made any better progress or received more information.

Momo, I am just curious, you didn't receive any text or e-mail updates about the approval?  Only the letter in the mail correct?

I got a letter telling me that my case was transferred from Nebraska to Texas.  I am out of range since my PD was Sept. 1st.  I called USCIS today and they told me that it is showing that my case was transferred to Texas but it is still saying that it is in Nebraska.  When I called she said she needed to send me to a Supervisor, but they were to busy to do so at that time so I need to call back in the morning.  Is there anything else I can do on top of calling back.  To me it sounds like my case has been missed placed.  

 

I cannot take this anymore and do not understand. 

 

 I have also e-mailed my congress person and got no response.

That is correct. I have the app as well and I had even logged In yesterday to the website and all it showed was case transferred which had showed that since 2/9 and when I opened my mailbox yesterday the letter was there.

Wow, as if the wait already isn't hard!  Reason I was asking is because similar to your situation, some other people have been saying they too didn't receive any mobile or email alerts regarding their approval.  To imagine it is floating through USPS somewhere on its way.....

Let's cross out fingers that youre letter is on it's way... my status still has not changed.  Honestly when I saw it I thought it was a duplicate or RFE

I would not have open it, i sure will ask someone to open it for me that how scary I would have been lol.

 

I would have told the person if the letter say approved then simple say  approved and if the letter say RFE then say it.
