Welcome to the club. I was transferred from Nebraska to Potomac 2/15 and up till now i havent heard anything from USCIS. Its so frustrating.

It is beyond frustrating. I was very happy when we were moved to Potomac I figured in less than a month we would be approved.

The long wait is our friend, I guess.

My wife called USCIS last week and they confirmed to her that the case is in Texas and not lost. She tried to get more information on executive order since I'm Yemeni national. They didn't comment, but said that we can check back within a month for the progress on the petition. Sounds reasonable time frame given the current dates in Texas service center. However, it's beyond 180 days already.

Planning to travel for a visit. I had an interview in the US embassy today for a new B1/B2 as the one I have is expired. The interview was very normal. No mention of the petition even though I mentioned it when I filed the DS-160. My visa got approved but I got an advice not to travel when the travel ban is in effect to prevent being band from entry or having my visa revoked. We'll have to wait and see.

Prayers for all.

My PD is 8 September and still nothing from Nebraska. My wife contacted her senators office in Texas last week. We're hopeful they can help. It's getting beyond ridiculous and so frustrating. Especially since in January Nebraska moved only 7 days but every other SC moved about a month

I didn't take it as Tease don't worry ? Lol.  Let's cross our fingers that we start  seeing some approvals soon. I feel like in September when we filed I would check other forums all I would see was "got approved today" and now it's rare to see a approval...

She received a letter in the post to authorize the release of details so fingers crossed that helps. We've both called USCIC and they won't say anything except what date they're up to on the website. You can't submit an inquiry either since it's not outside normal processing time. What is normal processing time??

Authorize letter? Authorisation for what? Can you explain a bit and this letter was from congressman or USCIS?

I'm pretty sure it was the congress office. I don't think they can do anything for you unless you authorise to release your information to them. My wife works for the state government so we're hoping that helped for them to answer. Not sure if it will do anything but I guess it's better than nothing.
