I emailed them 2 or 3 weeks after I got transferred and they just email me. They does be email back but t will be a while before they respond to the email because they get email every single day.

Hello Everyone

 

Please is there anyone here who has a priority date of September and whose case has been approved in Texas Service Center? My Priority date is 1st September and was sent to Nebraska Service Center. But we where sent a notice to advice us that in order to speed up processing the USCIS have transferred our case to the Texas Service Center. So now i am waiting to hear from them again. The wait is a bit tiring. Just hope to hear from them soon.

I just want to thank everyone for being active here. It's helping us so much to see that other people are having the same experience as us! Our PD is Sep 07 and the anticipation is so stressful! Hopefully we'll all start getting news soon. Good luck everyone!

Sent to Department of State: March 27, 2017

NVC:

Case received by NVC: April 4, 2017

NVC case number assigned, Welcome e-mail received, DS-261 Completed Online: April 5, 2017

AOS bill paid

DS-261 reviewed over the phone

IV Fee Invoiced, IV Fee Paid

Completed DS-260

Sent AOS and IV package (via electronic processing)

Checklist received, documents sent back to NVC (via electronic processing)

Case Complete

We moved from Texas to Alaska . Our Papers never arrived to Alaska Office
we were in a limbo with our N-400 without any answer from USCIS for two years.  
USCIS closed our case N-400------------------------Mar - 2010
2010 We moved to Argentina temporally for my wife to study abroad under 9 FAM 42.22 N1.10 Lawful Permanent Resident Students Studying Abroad

USCIS letter asking for data ----------------------------Apr - 2010
USCIS closed twice our case --------------------------Apr - 2010
Once my wife degree was complete we Filled for Returning Residence DS-117 under 9 FAM 42.22 N1.10 

At the embassy we were notify that the 9 FAM 42.22 N1.10  the rule had changed------------Nov - 2014 Our return was Denied
Filled for Expedite DS-117 in Peru --------------------Nov - 2014 Denied
In order to be able to go back as a family and fill for I-130 we had to abandon my wife's green card at the embassy.

FIlled I-407 Abandonment of Green Card ----------Aug - 2015 Aproved
Re starting the whole process to return to our home in USA
Filled for I-130 -------------------------------------------- 09/02/2016                                          Filled for I-129F --------------------------------------------11/22/2016
Received --------------------------------------------------- 09/06/2016                                           Received --------------------------------------------------- 11/25/2016
