Congrats to everyone who was recently approved!!!

I'm in Europe with my hubby these days - so haven't been as active - but I'll be back end of October.... working on my AOS and IV packages!

Good luck and lots of speed to those still waiting :)

Good luck with your paperwork and enjoy your time with your husband.

I have realized that this group created by you is the most active group in the IR-1 / CR-1 section and always stays on the top.

Everyone is supporting each other, sharing process information, and motivating others. Makes waiting time easier being in this VJ community.

I have a question. Who can answer.
My request is F2A and sent the form i130, my question is: processing time is the same for all (IR / CR ) or not. I mean the waiting time for the NOA2 ?????

I have known people who went through F2A and it took them several years, but USCIS lists same processing time for US Citizen or Green Card holder filing for their spouse. Perhaps it has changed now to reflect what USCIS website says.

Did anybody hear any good news from the Potomac Service Center?

In response to the f2a question asked. I believe then the petitioner has a Gc not a citizen? Also f2a has to wait on visa number to be available.

Look on USCIS website it talks about different classes. All The best

I looked it up on visa Bulletin and they give our about 88,000 family preferred visas. The petitioner has a Gc not a citizen so the processing time is longer. The family has to wait for available visa number.

So I am going over to Denmark in 2ish weeks (who is counting?!) Is there any paperwork I should bring over to hand over to the hubby that he will need for the interview? I probably will not see him again before that, or if I do, we will be meeting in Florida, so I will not have the suitcase size!

(Shipping to DK is pricey, so its easier to deliver in person!)

But my question is in relation for the NOA2. For uscis send the approval for f2a, ir and cr visas is same the processing time or is different???

I am confused? My hard copy of my NOA2 states that they have sent the application to the NVC. Do they send an additional email saying that they sent it again?
