But at the embassy i got a problem while applying for a visa because my passport last name doesn't match my u.s. id and ticket. They are saying if i could get a new passport with my new last name but i don't have time. Please help. My marriage certificate doesn't validate my maiden name?

If I understand correctly, your problem is with the embassy of the country you want to visit.

Your marriage certificate validates your old and new names in the US, but other countries can choose to recognize whatever they want.

If the country you want to visit insists that the name on the ticket matches the name on the passport, then you'll have to get a new ticket if you want a visa.

A second problem may arise when you try to return to the US. Sometimes airlines will give you a hard time with this too... US airlines will accept the marriage certificate, but sometimes at foreign airports, they won't let you board if your passport doesn't match the ticket.

You can contact the airline and see if they will issue a new ticket in your maiden name (for a fee). Some will agree to do so, but some will insist on you canceling your ticket and getting a new one. You can usually apply some of the cost of the original ticket to the new one.
