i am starting the process. Have had a relationship with my UK boyfriend for 2 years. From what I have read he needs to mail me a statement declaring intent to marry with his signature. Is this the only form he will need to sign for the I-129 application? I just want to make sure he sends everything. Was also going to have him put the passport photo in there. Thanks for any advice and tips, really appreciate it.

He will also need to sign the G-325a form (Biographic Information). Also, you're right-- he'll need to send you passport pictures as well. :)

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview
