Hi I'm an American citizen that spend most of my tines in haiti, my boyfriend that we been together for about 7 years now decided to engage with each other talking about marriage. I was wondering if we got married can I apply for a visa for him cause I spend most of my time in haiti, let's say I live in haiti he doesn't need a Greencard yet , he just need a visa to travel with me when ever im going to visit my family and We talked about staying in haiti for a while to start raising a family. Is it possible to just apply for visa for him, not a greencard?

If yes as we are engaged can I apply for that visa now, or I gotta wait until we married? I would like him to visit my family before we got married. I would like to know all the possibilities and procedures. Thank you

In your case the only thing you can do is ask for a tourist visa and he can travel back and fourth with him. There is only two things its the fiance visa or the spousal visa when you are married but you would have to be in the states in order to apply but since you say you spend majority of your stay in haiti there is no need for those two things that was mention perphaps try a tourist visa.

Being Your first is not as important as being your last soulmate???? I love you Johnny??
