So as it is possible I MAY make my POE by January I'm starting to get rid of stuff all ready

What was the hardest stuff you had to chuck or donate?

I'm currently finding it's my books, I feel like I'm donating part of my soul

09/13/16....Case Number Received

09/26/16....Embassy Received. Case status set as "Ready"

09/29/16....Received packet 3

10/24/16......Medical

11/07/16....Interview

xx/xx/xx....Visa Issued

xx/xx/xx....Visa in Hand

12/27/16....POE at Atlanta (Hopefully)

03/10/17....Wedding!

Purely possessions: yeah all our books. But we found a way to have some fun with it by sending them on their own journey and wild releasing them via bookcrossing: http://www.bookcrossing.com/ I still get alerts, 8 years later, of books getting picked up and passed on, which is nice :)

We also had to leave our two cats behind, as they were elderly and the vet advised they likely would not survive the journey due to age, health issues and stress. We actually ended up staying in Ireland a bit longer to ensure we found a good home for them.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
