I just wanted to let everyone know that we got approved yesterday... It was an easy interview... Easier than we expected... I was worry because It was confusing the thing about filing taxes from abroad and marriage jointly... Also about reestablishing residence... We brought a lot of papers to the interview and nothing was asked... I guess they got enough with the evidence we sent in the first and second package...

My advice for people applying: Send good evidence in the first package and have good financial support for the second one...

We didn't use lawyers... We just followed everything on this page and read a lot here...When I say a lot is a lot...

This page is very helpful.... And people here are very nice....

Thanks to God and to Visajourney for all the help we got.... :dancing::dancing::dancing:

I know this is difficult, but I will keep trying. It will work because, this distance is nothing compared to our love.

We just got approved too! Like Nathan&Cata, we didn't use lawyers, and read a while lot. And sent a lot of good evidence, with as little "special circumstances" that need explaining as possible. Good luck!!
