AOS Interview Checklist

Hello everyone,

I've got my AOS interview this Friday, and just wanted to run my list bu you guys to get some feedback. I think I've got everything but just want to double check.

My Documents

• Birth Certificate (original and copy)
• Copy of state ID (showing same US address as Husband)
• Copy of EAD card
• Cops of SSN
• Copy of passport bio page
• Copy of K1 visa in passport
• Copy of I-94
• Vaccination checklist from K1 medical
• K1 NOA1 &NOA2
• i485 NOA
• i485 appointment letter
• Copy of i485 and G325a

USC Husbands Documents

• Birth Certificate (original and copy)
• Passport
• Notarized divorce decree (original and copy)
• Copy of Affidavit of Support, 8 recent pay stubs and employer letter, 2015 tax return + W2

Relationship Evidence

• 15 Pictures from Wedding + Honeymoon
• Electric Bill account summary + Last 4 bills with both our names and address
• Marriage certificate (original and copy)
• Vehicle title and registration with both our names and address
• Copy of medical insurance cards showing same ID number
• Copy of dental insurance card
• Copy of document we got from adding me onto husbands checking and savings account
• Printed bank statements from when I was added until now for each account
• Copy of direct deposit form from credit union for each of us with same account number
• Call logs from April-Now, showing he calls me every day on work breaks
• Medical power of attorney forms
• Form showing me as beneficiary to his insurance at work
• Signing a lease Thursday morning

I think that's plenty, but just wanted a second set of eyes to make sure I haven't missed anything,

I think you're more than good to go. Best of luck to you, you'll do great and will get that gc in no time.

Made me weak in the knees cause my interview is in a week and I have near to nothing to show.

you also need to take the originals of things like ssn, ead all original noa's relating to the aos and your letter of interview notification.

Your list looks good. We had a similar list and they didn't look at much. Make sure you retain copies for the ROC phase if you need it.
