Can we reschedule our interview date if needed? When do the 90 day start? At the time visa is issued or once you enter the USA? Thank you all much for all your help and support!

The 90 days start from the day you enter US on your K-1 visa.

Most embassies will let you reschedule if needed

K1 visa is usually valid for up to six months from the date of issuance unless your medical examination validity expires sooner.

Once you use the K1 visa to enter US (single entry only), you have 90 days to get married.

You do not need to file for Adjustment of Status within that 90 days, but generally you are advised to do so asap.

Plus it explains the confusion between thinking the 90 days and the 6 months. (So pretty much you have 6 months to get that plane ticket and land in the US and 90 days thereafter to get married)
