3032 and choice of agent

Quick question. If we decide that I, the petitioner, will be the choice of agent, will I be the one getting packets 3 & 4 in the mail here in the States? Instead of him in Colombia? In that case, I will have to mail everything for him to have when he has the interview. Is that correct?

Packet 3 will be mailed to you (Choice of agent/the petitioner). You'll need to send the DS230 part one from packet 3 to your SO to sign and have the SO send over the appropriate documents you need to send with Packet 3. You can do this ahead of time - download the DS230 and send it to your SO have them sign it and send it back to you.

Packet 4 - which is the interview packet will be sent to your SO regardless of who the Choice of agent is.

Not necessarily. My interview packet was sent to my hubby (choice of agent) in the US. Some consulates obviously vary in who they send the packet to. Best bet is to always check with others from the same consulate.

Niice. So now I just need to find out what documents listed in packet 3 need to be send back to the embassy.

AOS bill I get it! I have just to waiting for the case number and then create the barcode copy and past.

Now I have question, witch I 864 should I send the I864EZ OR just I 864( I make more then 125 % of the poverty level.

Could you please explain to me the cover latter?

Cover letter (do I have to attach it to the rest of the document in the front?) I mean I’ll print it just the way it is? With all the You MUST RETURN THIS PAGE with the completed I-864 and supporting documents to…

* Bar-coded cover sheet ? (I will Create it and copy and past) do I need an other one in the envelope by there address?

* I-864 or EZ

* Authorization for Release of Federal Tax Data (where should I write my city name ?) in place of MANILLA? IS that right because it says do not write in this space>

* Copy of tax returns from last three years along with copies of W2s (this is ok)

* Letter of employment (Last three pay stubs is not enough?) what will they write in this latter?

* Last three pay stubs.

Yes the barcodes and the e-mail of the choice of agent to the NVC will work. Just be sure to wait until the automated phone message at NVC tells you that the two documents have been generated. Do not send anything before that.

It typically take about 10-12 business days for the official documents to arrive from the NVC.

As Ausiwench indiciated in the previous post, you can e-mail the choice of agent as soon as it's generated.

i guess there has been some problm with mine i had my case no assigned long back almost going to be three weeks now almost but not yet 3 weeks but they still havent generated the aos bill yet

hubby called at nvc they told they generally take 1 to 4 weeks to generate the aos bill

is my waiting normal for the aos bill to generate at nvc ,

i never heard so much waiting for aos bill to generate ?

HI guys I been assigned a case number on the 03 /30 how long do I have to wait to the 3032 and AOS bill to be generated.

Do have to talk to a customer service over the phone or should I just check for the automatic updates. Thank you.

My case number is also assigned in 3/30 and I am still waiting for 3032 and AOS bill. I send an email for inquiry and the reply said that they are being sent. But when I called the operator to ask for the generated date, she told me it is still under processing and the form and bill are not being generated. And she told me the process is about 4 to 6 weeks. It looks like we need to wait longer now.

it took 2 weeks for me. you should be getting them soon. keep checking the automated system, it will tell you when they have been sent.
