My EAD card got picked up today by the US postal service and I got my tracking number :)

ROC/N400

12/01/18... I751 mailed to Dallas Lockbox 

12/04/18... Package delivered 

12/07/18... Received text message with case number 

01/22/19... Reiceved 18 months extension in mail

11/04/19... Bio done at Tampa Office 

11/06/19... Fingerprint Review was Completed

12/01/19... APPLIED FOR N400 WITH PENDING I-751

12/01/19... NOA Case received and case nr

12/03/19... I751 got transferred to NVC

12/07/19... Received BIO appointment letter for N400

12/27/19... Bio for N400

02/11/20... Interview scheduled for N400

Quick question regarding EAD/AP, are these always combined on one card?

If you applied for both and at the same time, yes.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

 

K1 process

I got a text notification at 11:00PM , and sure enough, saw that the EAD/AP card was in the mail :dancing:

The 485 still says "fingerprint fee received" .

Will wait and see. So happy that my hubby can now work.

Has anyone had experience traveling to Canada with the AP?

Sept 9 2016: AOS mailed (485, 131, 765)

Sept 19th : Received at lockbox [Day 0]

Sept 27th : Text message notification from USCIS & Fingerprint Fee received [Day 8]

October 3rd : NOA1 hardcopy for all 3 forms [Day 14]

October 6th : Biometrics letter received [Day 17]

October 20th: Biometrics appointment completed [Day 31]

November 30th: Forms 131 and 765 approved [Day 72]

December 3rd: EAD/AP card received in mail [Day 75]

So this is so weird. I have no updates neither from the app nor from the uscis website but I got my interview appointment today in the mail. Still nothing from ead or ap. Status still says fingerprint fee received. Wondering what happened to my ead since the 75 day mark is reached in 5 days

09/23: Documents received according to USPS tracking

09/26: Case receipt (Day 0)

10/05: Fingerprint fee accepted (Day 9)

10/06: Checks have been cashed (Day 10)

10/06: NOA (text and email) for I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 at 9:25pm (Day 10)

10/11: Receipt numbers work online (Day 15)

10/31: Biometrics Appointment scheduled for 11/10 (Day 35)

11/10: Biometrics Appointment (Day 45)

12/01: Interview scheduled for January 5  (Day 66)

We haven't gotten anything of anything. Our NOA1 priority date is 9/22/16. Our day 75 is this coming Tuesday so we will probably put in an inquiry then.

i am sorry to hear you haven't heard anything about your EAD/AP yet, but i wouldn't worry to much about it, hence you got your interview scheduled , right ? when is your interview ?

i had my interview on 12/1 and i got approved on the spot... nothing has been updated online yet, but because of a problem that accured with a form that i had to fill out after the interview ( Form I-407 abandonment of greencard, hence i had one before long time ago and put my current legal name on it instead of my previous name that was on the card )i had to call uscis the day after and tier 2 told me that my card is in production ( nothing updated on my case yet ), that i will get my card between 7-10 days.

February 24, 2012 - Married
VWP - overstay by 4 years and 4 months ( Had to save up to file for AOS )

June 23, 2016 - Mailed I-130, I-864w, I-485, I-765, I-131

June 24, 2016 - package delivered to Chicago Lockbox via Priority Express mail, Recieved and signed by R. Mercado ( Day 0)

June 28th, 2016 - Money-orders cashed ( Day 4)

July 4th, 2016 - NOA Received by text (x4 ) and email (x4) at 11:44 PM

case accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing ( Day 10)

July 7th, 2016 - Hardcopy Received NOA x 4 ( Day 13)

Nov. 23rd 2016 - Applied for State ID at the BMV ( Day 55 )

Nov. 28th 2016 - Received SSC in the mail ( Day 60 )

Dec. 1st, 2016 - Greencard Approved on the Spot ( Day 160 )

Dec. 5th 2016 - Case Status for I-485 changed to "Approved" post dated Dec. 1st

Dec. 5th 2016 - Case Status for I-130 changed to " Approved" post dated Dec. 1st

Dec. 5th 2016 - Welcome letter and I-130 Approval letter in the mail , both post stamp Dec. 2nd

Oh congrats!! Yea I think everything is fine. They just forgot to update it. My interview is January 6. hope everything will be fine. But it's really surprising that I didn't get my ead yet. And I'm worried that maybe I missed something or didn't get it in the mail

Aww I know how that sucks. But luck at me. Nothing and the suddenly the appointment. Maybe the combo card will be in the mail next week without any announcement before. The whole process is full of surprises and it will work for you too

I received my AOS approval notice letter yesterday :dancing: My letter says it's for 2 years so should be fine. In the letter it says it takes about 3 weeks to receive the actual permanent resident card / green card.

For how long I have to wait til they mail it to me

If you filed for both of them at same time, then both the EAD and AP will be on ONE card. I got mine approved and a few days later received one card in the mail. The top part had the ead info and the very bottom had info on the AP and when it expired. Good luck!
