Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

NOID issued May 17th 2019

June 5th,2019   USCIS received my response on the  NOID// Addressed the NOID myself, No lawyer ever used in case.

July 1st, 2019  10 YEAR GREEN CARD APPROVED

July 5th, 2019   Approval letters for I-130 & I-485 received in the USPS  mail.

July 11th 2019   Green Card in Hand

So, I just received my employment authorization card a little over a week ago and just a few minutes back, I got a notification about my I-485 application. I thought it was just an update to schedule for an interview but when I checked it was "New Card is being produced." I was expecting it to be a while before the green card gets approved and so, I am quite hesitant to take it in for real as it might be an error on their side but anyway, this is good news to us.

Congrats to everyone for getting their EAD/AP Card. Hopefully I receive a letter about interview waiver or anything to confirm.

My I-485 application has updated again from Card is in production to Card is Approved. Hoping to get it in a week or two.Praying all of you will get the same update as well. :) Good luck guys.

When I'll receive the form i-766 and i-512 ?

If you mean the card, you will be receiving them in a week or 2.

Happy belated Thanksgiving everyone! I hope everyone had a great time with family and/or friends.

I just checked my mailbox and I received my Social Security number :-) Does anyone know how to now get my driver's license? I know I have to do the tests again, but do I go to the DMV first and do the theoretical test and then schedule my driver's test or can I do everything in one go? :-)

I think its different for every state but you can go ahead and check your state's DMV Website and see if you still need to get a learners permit or can just do it in one go. :)
