Have you put in an inquiry yet? They told my husband we could at day 75...

I called my district congressman and they requested expedited processing, using a job offer letter my wife received. I got the e-mail from Congressman office saying they received the request. So far, it has been 24 hours and I haven't received any text/email from USCIS system. I should receive one saying expedited processing was requested.

Let's see.

We're in the same boat. :cry:

I too had an RFE but I think it's still a little too early to say it's affected us too much. I'm not at the 30day mark from the (scheduled) biometrics appointment yet so I got some time to go still. Daniel... you're only a couple days past the 30days right now and Petareño not sure when your scheduled biometrics was since you did a walk-in looks like.

Let's remember with the holidays here and Thanksgiving being this week, a lot of employees take time off and so forth. I'm sure after Thanksgiving weekend things will pick up again and before we know it we'll be receiving an update soon! :)

We are still waiting, did his biometrics on Oct 20, and no RFE... The clock never stopped but we still haven't been approved. I am afraid we will be one of those outliers that take a lot longer to be approved.

Im still waiting, too. I filed on the same day. But my bio was way later. The 75 days are from the priority date not from your filing date

The date on our NOA is September 22. Is that the same as the priority date?

We're still waiting too, although we have already been scheduled for interview... wondering if the EAD will be approved before the interview or at all now.

You could be approved for the green card right off and not even need the EAD, though they also could approve that in a day or two. Congrats on the interview!
