My timeline is similar to yours. We got a RFE (I-864 support docs) and it was received on 10/14. I hope to receive something at least next monday 11/14 (30 days after RFE).

Congratulations. We are from Venezuela too.

I guess because you're K1, it speeds up the process, different than ours starting from scratch.

Hey there, another Venezuelan couple! I noticed people on K1s also are moving a little bit faster, but hopefully everything moves along for you too! And I see you are in Georgia, I have lived there some years ago. How's the weather, is it getting cool yet?

Our case status changed to "New Card is Being Produced" !!!!!

Hopefully we receive it soon! Our I-94 expires today along with her DL as it was tied to that.

Congrats to all the others who received their EAD! We were following the cases in front of us and they pretty much went in order.

So I had my husband call the USCIS this morning and not only did it not give me peace of mind, it made things even more frustrating. The women he spoke to said we could expect the card sometime in late December, which makes no sense.

I'm hoping it's just the misinformation line spewing nonsense again but who knows..

Morgan ask for a tier 2 officer/supervisor.

Yeah my husband isn't great on the phone so I will try asking later myself.

We got the approval letter for AP today. Crazy that we may need to wait a month and a half to receive something he is already approved for..

Our was the day after yours. I really hope we hear something good soon too! I want to go part-time and I am applying to a bunch, but I really can't take any offers until I know my husband can potentially get a job - all of the screenings ask if he is authorized to work in the US and he isn't yet so we are holding off until he gets approved.

Good luck to everyone and let's hope we continue to see some more approvals this week. With Thanksgiving and the rest of the holidays coming up it might slow down the process a bit but let's hope not too much :)
