It took me two weeks and a half to get the card. It was mailed to me exactly two weeks after it was approved, and then took 5 days to reach me in the mail!

So in other news, today I called up USCIS because the election results are pretty bleak and I'd like to know that things are moving along, at least. Anyway, spoke to a very nice man called Adam, and apparently my file is still at NBC and hasn't been transferred to the NYC field office. More waiting - and waiting to see what exactly Trump's policies will be.

Congrats again everyone, I sent my rfie off 11/04 delivered on 11/08 by FedEx updated on my case 11/09 saying uscis have received my rfie and will start working on my case again, my concern is that on the i864 in part 5. My husband put me in 2 places but the total of household added up to 2 since it's just us living he placed me in one place saying he is sponsoring me and placed me that he is married, am concern about that am wondering if I should write a letter state the mistake and it should really be? Or should I just leave it since they updated my status that they received it and will start d work again anyone please answer me someone I realize that most persons stop giving advice

I would probably not do anything and wait until they send some communication. My guess is they won't make any modifications to that form since it's supposed to be used as a legally binding document.

I wish I could give you better advice but I haven't seen anything posted similar to this situation either. Have you tried doing a search on here for other poster's experiences?

Still stuck with an approved AP and Date of Birth Updated. I am going to call USCIS later tonight but I doubt they will have much to say.

It's super frustration since it's not like an RFE that I can reply to, I'm kinda just stuck.

The updated it fast thou some persons have to wait2days or more to get a update that is via receive theirs so am hoping by next week or 2weeks time something will happen

At no point in time did my case status say approved etc.

I checked today and it said my EAD card has been mailed.

So excited!!!

Congratulations.

I am hoping that is what is happening on our end, that they are just not updating the status online.

Seems silly to approve AP, go over EAD and change the birth date, and then toss it back in the pile to get to another week but who knows I guess.

I think you're right, the only change I had was that my name eas updated on EAD on 10/27 and it junped to this.

I wouldn't worry too much, you can call them for peace of mind.

My timeline is similar to yours. We got a RFE (I-864 support docs) and it was received on 10/14. I hope to receive something at least next monday 11/14 (30 days after RFE).

Congratulations. We are from Venezuela too.

I guess because you're K1, it speeds up the process, different than ours starting from scratch.
