Are you LA county or LA? Cause I am in LA and everything seems to take way longer :-(

We're in Los Angeles, not LA County. Don't worry, yours should follow quickly. I even had an RFE haha!

Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

haha. well i hope i am on day 43 and my biometrics is scheduled for the 10th. it seems like everyone else had their biometrics no later than 30 days after uscis got their case... i tried a walk in but got rejected :-( it's amazing that it took only three months until you can go to the interview. wow!! i hope they hurry a little bit with my case now too...

09/21: Documents sent

09/23: Documents received according to USPS tracking

09/26: Case receipt (Day 0)

10/05: Fingerprint fee accepted (Day 9)

10/06: Checks have been cashed (Day 10)

10/06: NOA (text and email) for I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 at 9:25pm (Day 10)

10/11: Receipt numbers work online (Day 15)

10/31: Biometrics Appointment scheduled for 11/10 (Day 35)

I hadn't realized this before, I always thought it was just simply Los Angeles since both LA & and LA County have the same field office address... but maybe it makes a difference somewhere else?

I just checked and we would correspond to the LA County location.

I called USCIS and requested a call back from an immigration officer, to try and get a tracking number for my EAD.... they mailed it on the 2nd - and while everyone else seems to have got theirs pretty fast after that notice, mine has yet to arrive. It'd be nice to just have the peace of mind seeing where it is. They really ought to have the system automatically pull the tracking info in with the status change, it's a tiny nice touch!

have you been on usps ? you can sign up for my usps and enter your email and /or phone number . you will be notified if you have any important mail coming to you.. you dont need no tracking number as long as put your name and address on it when you sign up. good luck

Unfortunately I was unable to sign up to that because they couldn't verify my identity. I need to go to a post office that offers that service and get verified in person - which I cannot do until I receive a state or federal issued ID document, which is what I'm waiting for ;)

I got the call back from the officer and received a tracking number. It's out for delivery now, my mailman comes usually around 6:30pm so I'll be home to receive it later!

Hi everyone. I have a problem again :(. I have been waiting for my RFE letter for 11 days already and nothing came.

I know that there is an expiration date for that but not sure how long. Does anyone know?

Should I go to infopass to check what happened and request to resend a new one?

What does your online status say? I believe it's around 90 days to send the response in and they put on the online status something like "if you don't receive the notice by xx/xx/2016 you should contact us", so you should wait as long as it says there and request another copy or new instructions

Hoping A'n'L got their AP this weekend too, since our EAD notice came at the same time!

Yup, the AP came six hours later ;-)

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

We re just in the same boat in the same direction .. I have been waiting to receive the hard Copy of my RFIE for 18 days no but its still not here . Don't even know if it was trashed at USCIS office ...lol

Hi, hey after 15 days, you can request to resend it.

But instead of requesting it online, i think you should book infopass and go request it there, it is more instant.

I already request it online but they will respond me on 26th NOV which is too long so I booked it to go in at infopass next week.

Please keep me updated about your case! we are facing the same problem.

I hope yours comes soonest!
