Thanks for the info.

I had a RfE on i130 and replied and got my approval yesterday. Did my biometrics and told finger prints cleared.

Now waiting patiently for next step.

Having my medical done in the meanwhile in 2 weeks.

All the best everyone.

Does everyone get an interview? Curious

No most K-1's get their interview waived.

Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

I have the Iphone app also. and got approved around 2pm but didn't get notification before 8pm even though I already had seen it in there.

(and mine i set to alert when something happens also)

The weirdest thing just happened...

I got an update on my app so I go and check it... low and behold they updated our two K-2s AOS cases with the same exact update from yesterday! :rofl:

It went from "We received your response to the RFE" on 11/2/16 to "We received your response to the RFE" on 11/3/16 :huh:

So I guess they just went in to change the date for some reason...? It only happened on the K-2 AOS cases and not my wife's AOS case, that one remained the same with the 11/2/16 original date.

That's very strange. Maybe you want to call them to make sure?

I just checked the case status on the iPhone USCIS Case app and it said it was updated today. I opened it and it says that my AP is approved and the EAD new card is being produced and send to me by mail :) I got one e-mail notification about the I-131, but I haven't received any notification about I-765. In addition, I have not received any texts.

I am so happy that the process is moving :dancing: I hope that everyone's process will go fast as well and that it will be a process without RFE's for everyone :)

I also got 4 text from them this night that my case was updated and then it's from November 1st. I guess their text is a bit behind ;)

Congrats! You have almost the same dates as me, I'll be obsessed with checking now :-/

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
