Yeah a lot of it will be blank and that's okay. I feel like we barely filled out half of it. Did you compare yours with the example form on this site?

Hey! I have a concern regarding form I 693 and I was hoping you guys could help me out. The civil surgeon filled my personal information for me even though it clearly says at the top I have to do it and on the second page he wrote over a mistake on my alien number. I'm thinking of going back to the office and have them replace those first two pages and I don't want them to think I'm being petty or something like that.

i had a similar situation, i filled in the first page as we suppose to, but i accidentally wrote my old phone number on it, so after i had my exam i went home and corrected the first page, printed it out and took it with me when i went back to the surgeon to get my result for tb. i tried to ask the lady at the front desk to replace my page with the one i brought with the whole form, she got all rood with me and said no we do all that on our computers. even tho i showed her where it says that i have to fill it out. so they only read my results and that was it. i had to go back a week later to pick up my envelope, which i got a copy of the whole package and they kept one just in case.

i looked at my copy the other day and realized the form that i originally took to them to begin with was not the form that i filled out. the first page ( my page ) didnt have my alien number, phone number, city of birth, country of birth.. so i am wondering if i need to get that fixed still?, hence i didnt send my envelope ( since i dont have to send form I-693, i can submit it at the interview ) and i dont have an interview scheduled yet

He just called the main USCIS number and talked to customer service. It wasn't the Albuquerque office.

I know I am very lucky they approved my expedite request, but what's the point of an expedite if it then takes them forever to mail the actual card.......... come on guys!

my EAD/AP was approved on Oct. 14th, on Oct 28th it went to " we mailed your Card " that was on friday and still havent got a tracking number and whatnot...its driving me nuts

It really is in their best interest to produce and mail these out fast: then IRS can tax us faster. I mean, if I were the US, I'd be rushing to get more people out working and paying taxes! Great extra revenue for the country...

Just wondering. When you asked for expedited EAD card, did you send in proof of the job offer and that's it? Because I already have a job lined up and I'm just waiting for my card. So I'm pretty sure they could write me a letter.

My thoughts exactly... if they were to make the EAD process a little more efficient they'd have a lot more people out there working and paying taxes.

Just wondering. When you asked for expedited EAD card, did you send in proof of the job offer and that's it? Because I already have a job lined up and I'm just waiting for my card. So I'm pretty sure they could write me a letter.

I called them, explained them that not being able to take the job offered to me would result in severe financial loss, was asked to fax in evidence and was approved. Having said that, while that part was easy and fast, it has not expedited the actual getting the card part....
